The project comprises the new administration building of the company GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r. o. The spatial design of the building is based on the proposed functional zoning of the building plot and on the need to divide the functional zones into individual phases. The proposed classic three-wing layout is separated in the middle by a transparent hall spanning across two floors, which visually connects the entrance with the park behind the building.

An administrative annex building was added in 2006 to accommodate the expanded production department of the construction company. The total office area is ​​approx. 3,650 m2.
