The construction of this four-star hotel was the last stage of the overall renewal of the former Spartakiad Stadium in Olomouc.

This prestigious hotel of major regional importance has 137 rooms, congress facilities for up to 1,600 people, a restaurant, an indoor car park and a green roof with an 18-hole adventure golf course. The hotel is connected to the Omega sports centre via an underground tunnel.

The hotel is classified as Category 4* Superior and is a member of the Spanish NH Hotels hotel chain. Recently it has also been listed in the prestigious NH Collection category, the highest classification within the hotel chain.

The entire project for the renewal of the area won the "Building of the Year 2010 Award".

The project was also awarded the first place in the "Green Roof 2014" competition in the "public green roof" category.

Concept, feasibility and project financing, project coordination and project management, sale of building plot, site preparation, complete project documentation of all phases, complete engineering activities for the zoning decision, building permit and final building approval, implementation of construction, engineering supervision, professional activities related to administration and maintenance.

The project involved the selection procedure and the conclusion of a contract with the Spanish-based hotel chain NH Hotels. Representatives of the hotel chain cooperated with us during the project development phase, supervised the course of the construction and participated in the design of the hotel rooms, the congress facilities and the common areas on the ground floor.
