The efforts of GEMO management and staff targeted in the past two years on our own development and investment projects as well as careful selection of top construction contracts have been rewarded by three prizes obtained in Wednesday’s gala event held in Prague. Ing. Bohumil Mach, the CEO of GEMO, said about the first place finish in the most competitive category of residential projects: “I think that the winning project helped to shed new light on Olomouc and the entire region.”
1st place (Residential Projects) - Na Dlouhé Residence, Olomouc
The highest prize was awarded to the development and investment project of GEMO DEVELOPMENT - “Na Dlouhé Residence” in Olomouc, which beat out 16 other residential projects implemented mainly in the capital city of Prague. Architects: CAM Architekti, s.r.o.

1st place (Shopping Centres) - OC Central Kladno
In this construction contract, GEMO OLOMOUC was the general contractor and CRESTYL real estate was the project investor and developer. Architects: Chapman Taylor International Services.
104 rental units, the retail area of 26,000 m2, www.centralkladno.cz
2nd place (Shopping Centres) - FRÝDA, Frýdek-Místek
A development and investment project implemented jointly by GEMO OLOMOUC and TK Development. The shopping centre received the prestigious award at the time it is celebrating its first successful year of operation in Frýdek-Místek. Architect, designer: KRR Architektura, PROJEKTSTUDIO EUCZ.
