Retail projects

The FORUM Poprad Shopping Centre is located near the historic city centre. On an area of 22,500 m2, it will offer over 100 shops, a supermarket (1,300 m2) and parking spaces for 450 cars. Cafés and restaurants with outdoor terraces will provide a lovely view of the High Tatra Mountains.

This new shopping centre is a part of a multi-purpose complex which also includes the Polárka Sports Hall. With an area of approx. 15,000 m2, the centre will offer a total of 69 shops, restaurants, cafés, fast food outlets and other services, including an underground car park with approx. 600 parking spaces.

Construction of the largest retail park in Moravia, with a leasable area of over 30,000 m2. Rental units from 200 m2 to 6,000 m2 were built in several phases.

Construction and approval of a Lidl supermarket with an area of 1,200 m2, including a car park for 100 cars and a connection to the Pavlovická street intersection.
