A development area of approx. 500,000 m2 with complete transport infrastructure and utilities brought to the boundaries of individual building plots. Building plots are available for the implementation of investment projects in the fields of innovative clean technologies, manufacturing industry and light manufacturing, strategic services, shared service centres, administrative services, warehouses and storage areas. The future development of the park is ensured in the upcoming Phases II and III, up to a total usable floor area of 950,000 m2.
Concept, feasibility and project financing, project coordination and project management, purchasing of building land, site preparation, complete project documentation of all phases, complete engineering activities for the zoning decision, building permit and final building approval including all technical and transport infrastructure, implementation of construction, engineering supervision, professional activities related to administration and maintenance of the park, commercial activities.
