Olomouc, 9th November 2016 – It has been over 20 years for variety of constructions build by Czech architects, project architects, constructors and investors to be annually judged. This year the jury chose from the total 65 enrolled only 15 constructions in the Czech Republic and three abroad. Our company was in charge of construction of two of the nominated buildings, hence we bring you closer information and we would be pleased if you joined the public election and vote for us in the competition Construction of the Year 2016.
Among the nominated for the title were apartment buildings, commercial buildings, roads and railways, air terminal, restoration of historical buildings as well as a new museum, view tower, sports stadium or sewage collector. Our two nominated buildings were Delta in Prague done for BB C- Building Nová DELTA, s.r.o. with green zones on the roof to unwind and ease and Baluo Application Centre, constructed for Palacký University Olomouc, Faculty of Physical Culture.

Nomination for the title Construction of the Year 2016 gained for creating a building that bridges scientific approach and physical activities with regards to the quality work with reinforced concrete structures.

About Construction of the Year
The competition judges constructions of all types. Constructions with billion crown budgets, which are to serve the whole community, stand next to medium size and small constructions that fewer people will use, but which contribute to environment and cultural aspect by their quality.
