13.11.2015 Celebrating great success in the Best of Realty competition
The efforts of GEMO management and staff targeted in the past two years on our own development and investment projects as well as careful selection of top construction contracts have been rewarded by three prizes obtained in Wednesday’s gala event held in Prague. Ing. Bohumil Mach, the CEO of GEMO, said about the first place finish in the most competitive category of residential projects: “I think that the winning project helped to shed new light on Olomouc and the entire region.”

GEMO OLOMOUC acquired and is now implementing the construction project entitled "Prague South - Chodov Centre, reconstruction and expansion, building D2000" in the scope of Shell & Core.

Olomouc, 22 October 2015 - the shopping center welcomed thousands of visitors at its grand opening celebrations. Located in the city center, FORUM Poprad offers excellent transport accessibility, more than 100 consumer brands and 450 parking spaces, all with spectacular views of the High Tatras.
19.10.2015 Two nominations in the Best of Realty competition
The Na Dlouhé Residence project in Olomouc and the FRÝDA Shopping Centre in Frýdek-Místek were nominated in the 17th annual prestigious "Best of Realty 2015” competition. GEMO OLOMOUC was the general contractor and investor in these projects.
08.06.2015 Honourable mention in the ‘Plzeň Region Building of the Year’ competition
Olomouc, 8 June 2015 - The Biomedical Centre and University Medical Centre of Charles University’s Faculty of Medicine in Plzeň received an honourable mention in the prestigious 2014 Plzeň Region Building of the Year public competition. The jury of experts acknowledged the building for its ‘simple and modern architectural design and highly efficient organization of the complex internal connections in building’.
