Popis projektu

This high-level residential project was prepared in collaboration with the Prague-based architectural studio CAMA Architekti s.r.o. The project offers a total of 55 apartments (from studio flats up to four-room apartments) with floor areas ranging from 31 to 119 m2 in three modern villas. There is a private basement with garages and cellars, and a private park.

The location is attractive because of its excellent accessibility from the historic centre of the city of Olomouc (about 5 minutes on foot) and for its close proximity to all kinds of services. The exceptional location of the project is highlighted by views of Saint Wenceslas’ Cathedral and the Hradisko Monastery.
